What is the United Healthcare Dual Complete? ›

UHC Dual Complete® (HMO D-SNP) combines your Medicare and Medical Assistance services. It combines your doctors, hospital, pharmacies, home health care, nursing home care, and other health care providers into one coordinated care system. It also has care coordinators to help you manage all your providers and services.

Yes — but you have to enroll in Medicare Part A and/or Part B. For a Medicare Advantage (Part C) plan, you must have both Medicare Part A and Part B to apply.

D-SNPs are for people who have both Medicare and Medicaid. A dual plan works together with your Medicaid plan. You keep all your Medicaid benefits. Plus, you could get many extra benefits and features for as little as $0 per month.

The Initial Enrollment Period (IEP)is a seven month period which begins three months prior to the month containing your 65th birthday. It includes the entire month of your birthday and continues for three months after that month.

Restrictive networks
